How many guests can you accomodate for an event?
The Wheeler House in its final phase will be able to accomodate up to 450 guest. 

Will there be another event at the same time as mine?
No. The entire facility and gardens are yours for your grand event.

If I want information on having an event at The Wheeler House, what should I do?
Call 770-402-1686 or email at events@thewheelerhouse.net to make an appointment to meet with our event planner. The Wheeler House is shown by appointment only.

Do you allow outside vendors?
The Wheeler House does have an exquisite group of vendors to choose from, ranging from Florist, D.J.'s, Photographers, Caterer's, Cake Designer's, etc., however we do allow outside vendors to be used at The Wheeler House for an additional service fee. 

Is there a room for the bride and groom to get ready in?
Yes, the bride and bridal party will have a beautifully designed bridal room to get ready in.  The room makes for a gorgeous backdrop for those "getting ready" pictures.  The groom and groomsmen each have a room to get ready in on the day of the wedding as well.

How much time do we have for our rehearsal and when is it usually scheduled?
Each couple receives a one-hour rehearsal, which is usually the day before the wedding. We will be as flexible as possible in scheduling your rehearsal. However, it may be necessary to work around other scheduled events.

Can we have just our wedding ceremony at the The Wheeler House and our reception elsewhere?
No, ceremonies are available only with a reception.  You are allowed to have your ceremony elsehwhere and just your reception at The Wheeler House.
