The Wheeler Cottages
Lee Lusk
Founder/Owner
The Wheeler Cottages have always been a division of The Wheeler House. Mr. John Wheeler originally built the three homes for employees of The Wheeler Lumber Yard.

The Wheeler House owner, Lee Lusk, took possession of the cottages in November of 2014 and immediately started renovating, repairing and restoring the nearly 100 year old homes in to what they are today.

“Our daughter and son in law loved the cottages so much they even spent their wedding night there so we could enjoy every last second with friends and family! The Wheeler House is definitely a one-of-a-kind venue and the cottages are the perfect finishing touch!”

– Peterson/Williams Wedding

You’ll find many of the same features and characteristics of The Wheeler House at the cottages including the same handcrafted shutters, trim, hardwood floors, etc. The renovations team found it necessary to try to keep as much of the original qualities as possible!

Nestled on 22 acres with a view of one of the highest peaks in Ball Ground, The Wheeler Cottages are sure to bring uniqueness to your upcoming wedding or special event!

“It was a much better way to spend the night before my wedding than a booking few hotel rooms. The Wheeler House team worked tirelessly to make sure my entire weekend was perfect and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing.”
