With the New Year coming up we would love to give you a recap of our year here at The Wheeler House. Even though this was a trying year for everyone, we found that through it all love stands strong! These memorable events and weddings had our hearts this year! There was something special about 2020 at The Wheeler House and we are so excited for the new year to come! We hope a life filled with love and happiness for many years to come to our wonderful couples this year!
January: OPEN HOUSE 1.19.2020
In January we hosted an open house! It was filled with love and laughter. Here at The Wheeler House, we hold multiple open houses and tastings so our clients can taste the food, meet some of our vendors, and get a feel of what there wedding day will be like on site! Be on the lookout for these, they truly are a great event to attend!
February: L + J (2.8.2020)
February, we had the honor of hosting this gorgeous winter wonderland wedding. Located in North Georgia we never know what our winter’s hold! On this particular day we were blessed with a blanket of white snow. How enchanting!! L and her groom had a beautiful indoor ceremony located in our cozy barn! This magical day could not have been more of a fairytale!
March: L + D (3.6.2020)
In the beginning of March, this dreamy send off took place. This was one of our favorites! Sparkler send offs are a wonderful way to end the night with a true “sparkle” of love! L + D your wedding was nothing less than perfect!
April: The Wheeler House Updates
Even though there were no weddings in April due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the shelter in place mandate we were able to update and revamp the property! With new mulch and landscaping, we were geared up for weddings the rest of the year. Although this was a trying time for many people, we are so thankful for all of our couples and vendors for being so flexible and working so diligently to make the best of the situation!
May: Cottage Updates
Still not able to have weddings during May we were able to turn the attention to our cottages and give them a revamp! The Wheeler House cottages are the perfect place to have bridal party, family, and guest stay. Sleeping up to 30 people the cottages are a wonderful place to book for your wedding weekend!
June: K + C (6.19.20)
On those summer nights… This wedding was a dream. The beautiful bride and her groom were one of our first rescheduled “COVID couples”. Originally planning a wedding for March this couple was so kind and gracious to work along side with us in giving them there perfect day! K + C thank you for trusting us with your special day!
July: L + Z (7.18.2020)
This stunning July wedding was filled with so much love! L + Z were a story straight out of a love song. There hearts shined as bright as the summer sun! Summers at The Wheeler House are absolutely stunning our property flourishes with greenery and sunshine!
August: Kyle N. (8.21.2020)
This beautiful bride had our hearts. She was a true beauty inside and out. Looking out to face the future of happiness, as she was getting ready in the bridal suite! K we hope you have many more smiles through the years!
September: A + N (9.6.20)
To have and to hold. This couple took our breath away. A + N we hope you stay holding hands for many years to come!
October: CC + K (10.22.20)
Take us back to this dreamy October Wedding! Everything about this day had us in awe. This couple is so in love and it showed in every part of their day! Fall at The Wheeler House is one of our favorites and we are so glad to be a part of this special day!
November: R + G (11.22. 20)
This wonderful November day was filled with joy and happiness. R + G were such a sweet couple. R and her tribe were amazing! These shades of purple were worn with so much grace and beauty! These girls had our hearts here at The Wheeler House.
December: S + R (12.11.20)
The best way to end the year is with love. S + R we are so thankful you chose The Wheeler House to be your wedding venue. There love for each other was so relevant in every detail of their wedding. S was such a beautiful bride and R was such a sweet groom! Congratulations to the newlyweds from The Wheeler House!
